Visuals connect
At Graphic Change we are advocates of using visuals to communicate more effectively. So why not actually show you some examples of businesses using visual communication to convey messages better?
This month we want to focus on MailChimp, an email marketing service helping you create personalised campaigns for your mailing list, I’m sure you’ve heard of them. This one is a great example as it’s closely linked with our world of visualising concepts and ideas.
Removing barriers with illustration
A recent rebranding of MailChimp included doodle illustrations to communicate aspects of their service. This includes doodles of a rabbit to represent their speedy service or an ear with feet to show their commitment to listening to their customers. It’s a great campaign to humanise their business and come across as more approachable.
Here in Graphic Change we think that communicating visually helps you connect more directly and meaningfully, with more people, and that creating clever visual connections can be just the thing to create the conversion you need for your business.
Being authentic
As you’ve probably already noticed, now more than ever consumers are demanding more authentic and real content. Long gone are the days of hard sells pushing products and services at customers. Now you need to build ambassadors and tell stories through multiple channels to ensure conversion. MailChimp knows that technology can sometimes come across as confusing, making it harder to form relationships and build a sense of realness. Tech companies now want to connect with us as individual consumers, so maybe we’ll see a corresponding increase in the use of illustration led marketing in order to build trust and come across as more human.
Here at Graphic Change we can help you tell your story using clever visuals. We’d love to work with you on your visual language to help you communicate more effectively with your consumers. We work with individuals and businesses helping them to get the benefits of working more visually.
